Shipping Terms
Orders will ship Monday through Friday (except holidays). If orders are received by 11 a.m. PST, we aim to ship the same day or the following business day. For orders received after 11 a.m. PST, shipments will be processed within 1-2 business days.
Upon processing, you will receive a shipping notification and tracking number via email. Most orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, with an estimated delivery time of 2-3 business days. Larger orders will be shipped via UPS Ground, with delivery times ranging from 2-7 days based on location.
Please note that delivery within 2-3 business days can be guaranteed only for overnight, second-day air, or third-day air shipping options selected at checkout. Make sure to provide a current email address for order-related communications.
International Orders
At this time, we ship to Canada and Australia. To place an international order, please email us for a shipping cost estimate before ordering. Please be aware that we do not accept returns for any products or equipment.
